Very palatable and a great way to hydrate

In the hot weather, especially after a gym session, I’m finding this a very effective way to keep hydrated and aid recovery. Definitely going to reorder.

This is just a life saver - I used to feel terrible waking up - but now I actually look forward to getting up and having my hydration drink because I instantly feel better - I do add a tiny dash of lemon cordial and ice and it’s just so refreshing - I would recommend this to anyone who feels sluggish in a morning
