Scratchify

I ordered the Scratchify mats to stop my cat from scratching the side of the sofa. When they arrived, they looked great - the only problem being that the parts to attach it to my sofa were missing, so now it's just a glorified mat. This is the second product from Happy Poppy that I have been disappointed with and it's not what I expect from this company, having previously encountered no issues. I was offered a refund of 20%, which I accepted as the cost of returning the items to China would have been too expensive.

Product as specified. No problem. Cat doesn't use it. Used it once or twice as a sleeping mat but he's just not impressed. All cats are different and make their own choices. !!

Using it on the bottom stair as my cat has decided he prefers to scratch at the carpet. Sits on the step perfectly, seems to be working. 👍😁
