W Grip

It would be outstanding if at each of the 4 attachment points, there was a little roller, kinda like what one would see on a tricep bar with a center rotating attachment point, just on a smaller scale. Why you ask? Well the snap hook grinds against the attachment point when doing an exercise that arcs, like curls or pushdowns. Straight line rows are ok. The grinding is not major and not a deal breaker, it's just that the rotating grips are so smooth and the issue is thus more apparent. I'm sure a W Grip with a roller at each attachment point would be quite expensive. If I worked there I'd make one for myself though.

I have an Inspire FT3 functional trainer and this handle works great with it. I love all the attachment points since other V handles don’t provide that kind of grip or angle flexibility. Also love the rotating handles which makes tricep push downs (standard and reverse grip), cable rows, and various grip bicep exercises all feel like new exercises. This was a great add to my attachment collection
