I’ve been used to the quality of Arri products for years and when I was looking for a rig for my little knock around camera I asked around. Mid49 is the highest quality available for this little camera. The machining quality is exemplary a compared to the other brands out there. The attention to detail and the customer care is way above and beyond what you get from those other “brands.” Besides, everything they advertise on their webstore is actually (gasp) in stock and ready to ship.
