It delivers, would like a little more earthy tone for my palette

St. Oak is much like the other brands that mimic the oaky, woody, aromatic spicy properties. I agree that the St. Oak is made with ingredients of my preference, and not really needing the relaxation, euphoric spike to satisfy my needs. What I would recommend for any future batches in refinement is a more earthy tone to balance out the wood and aromatic spices.

I absolutely love this. I was extremely doubtful at first. I love bourbon, but unfortunately lately I had been drinking way too much. With little saints I can have a bourbon then a little saints and be completely satisfied

Saint Oak review

I've been drinking the St Oak from Little Saints for several months now and really enjoy the flavor. I typically make a cocktail with 2 oz St Oak in my favorite bourbon glass, fill to the top with Ginger Beer and top it with the juice of one lime. Refreshing and it does the trick.
