Fish arrived - all good

Had bones in both the tuna and salmon. I would pay a bit extra for a fishbone removal before sending. The quality of the tuna was not as good as the last time I purchased. Overall happy, but could have been a little better.

The Best Salmon Ever!

First, this was my first order from Browne Trading and I live in South Florida—my shipment arrived in two quick days and the packaging was superior. This salmon is very much sushi grade and it’s almost a crime to grill or cook this salmon—grilled is still delicious but I would cook less time than normal. FANTASTIC.
