Party Black 2.0 Steam Deck Button Set

I was a happy owner of Party Black v1.0. I picked up v2.0 because I couldn't resist. In the pictures, 1.0 is still installed in the deck and 2.0 is sitting on top for comparison. 2.0 looks fantastic! This new technique is definitely an aesthetic upgrade for the Party series. The iridescent glitter is poppy, glowy, fiery, and bright, and it absolutely gleams out of the black background. And of course, the tactile experience is spot on. Button rattle from loose stock buttons is completely gone and the matte texture feels great during play. (And in my order notes, when I rejoiced over more glitter, more party, more pop, the guys at Deck Buttons send me cheeky little baggies of each. Their great attitude is a big part of why I came back for more.)

I got these because currently Deck Buttons has no pure black alternative. I don’t particularly like the design, but they were on sale. The buttons feel great, way better than the stock buttons, especially the DMG D-pad and when paired with the clicky modification. I’m very impressed with the quality, I see zero imperfections.

Better than i expected

I bought these buttons not so much for aesthetic purposes, but because i found the original Steam Deck OLED face buttons to be too much loose and "slippery" and it was affecting my experience with the Steam Deck. The quality of the buttons was higher than i expected (and i had read a lot of positive reviews) and i feel in love with the "party" details of the buttons when i received them; it looks so good on my Steam Deck, and as expected it improved my experience by having face buttons that have better feedback and are no longer loose. I didn't install the Dpad, since i prefer the original one, but the buttons are really worth the price and i can't stop recommending them to anyone who have a Steam Deck.
