Wonderful experience

"Get up and get goin'"
This essence is especially noticeable in the lower chakras, it makes my hips feel free and helps with mobility overall... I'm more inclined to wiggle and walk and move about. I feel it's great for times when I've been sluggish or "wintering" and need a change of pace to get movin' in life again. It opens up possibility and change when things feel stagnant.
