My first order and they shipped the wrong thing for 2 of eight products. Chatbot says use return portal but can’t as no option for wrong product, not to mention wait for whole process to get late something I needed this weekend. Poor quality and customer service for a first order

I was so excited for these but they ripped the very first time I put them on. I had seen other reviews about them ripping but hoped they would work for me. I was wrong! What a waste of money! Don’t recommend.
