Glute Ham Roller

Its good BUT the rack mount hooks on this one do not have a wide enough gap to actually slide over and down the hole. I could file it down but that trashes the powder coating and this wasn’t a cheap roller. This doesnt affect use but it certainly was a selling point that I can’t use.

Great piece of equipment for any home gym!

This is exactly what I was looking for when it came to a glute hame roller. Using it for abdominal roll outs is a breeze with the angled bars that keep your knuckles from rubbing the ground. When I had questions about shipping they called me back with answers right away! Great company with great products!

Great addition to our gym

My wife gets bored with redundancy in our home gym. She was thrilled when I told her about the glute ham roller. Now that we have it, she incorporates it into her ab and leg workouts and loves the burn that she gets. I really like the high quality that Stray Dog always pushes out and that it hangs off of my Rogue Monster rack.
