Dong Ding is one of Taiwan's oldest oolong traditions, rooted in the foothills around Luku in the island's central mountain range. Tea makers there have been producing it since the mid-1800s, drawing on techniques brought over from southern Fujian Province, China, where ball-rolling oolongs first took hold. Please, sir, I want some more!
Since this tea undergoes a relatively low level of oxidation, its flavor profile is very delicate but to me is very pleasing. I always look forward to next spring's taste delight!

Pretty good
It’s alright. Drinkable but not remarkable if using western brew style. Better if using gongfu style brewing. I did 1:40 water ratio, boiling water, 40 - 60 seconds brew time. Can get 3-4 pleasant cups this way.
