Jelliebody

Just customer service, I was really excited reading the emails about the different accommodating options that are being explored. But, I was really disappointed with the customer service experience as an autistic customer. Hypermobility has a very strong correlation with autism, I feel it would be beneficial to this business if customer service representatives had even a conversation about communicating with a big chunk of Jelliebend’s clientele. Long story short, I never received this, it was returned to the sender. I tried to get assistance from Jelliebend, they didn’t seem to understand the issue. When I attempted to clear up the confusion, they just didn’t respond. So, contacting my bank Monday morning.

Not sensory friendly

I can only wear either the bend or body for a few hours before the band becomes completely intolerable. I’d love to be able to say that I at least get a few hours of comfort where it doesn’t bother me, but it bothers me the entire time and inevitably gets to where I can’t handle it.

Even more effective for me than Jelliebend!

I really liked my Jelliebend, but I needed it to be longer in the torso to be able to wear it slightly lower on my hips without having it too low to support my mid-section and back. The Jelliebody is perfect! I can wear it just beneath my chest and it comfortably ends over my hips - covering all the areas I need support.
