morning routine.

i have my bare feet on the mat every morning while working on art at my table. i feel even. levelled. its apart of my daily routine, and having several conditions throughout life that have created a yoyo effect. this is unfamiliar territory

This is a mat a whole mat and not for just one foot but the both feet I can fit two to three people on One mat with the the sheet they claim I can't even wrap up in it

This is not does not look like no grounding mat. It looks like a grounding sheet. Why would you send the wrong product? It shows right in the picture that I ordered a grounding mat and you sent me a grounding sheet. I’m not pleased. I’m very mad I needed that grounding mat
