Remote Controlled Humvee

I believe I followed the directions correctly, but it doesn’t drive effectively. The tires grind or some of the internals are not aligned for it to drive smoothly and one of the motors didn’t work and it’s impossible to get someone to send the specific motor needed to replace it I reached directly up to Cada but they just sent me in circles.
