The U-Cups (2x3 5/8”) on my Titan T3 rack

The U-Cups (2x3 5/8”) fit my Titan T3 rack without any adjustments. They feel rock solid. I'm using a pad on the bar which doesn't seem to detract from the exercise and just feels better. Compared to my previous method -- holding a loaded bar at my waist and standing on an old piece of marble countertop -- this setup is a huge improvement. My old method wasn't safe and I often slipped off or needed to step off. This is the best way to work the calves in a home gym setup. You can really feel it after a few sets, and going to failure is safe with the U-Cups. Thanks for a great product!

Exactly what my gym was missing!

Don't usually leave reviews, but this product deserves it. As a home gym owner, adding a standing calf raise is not only costly but it takes up valuable space that could be used for other machines. What the guys at U4C Fitness have come up with the the U-Cups, and the calf curve, not only does it solve that problem, but even improves it! To be able to do standing calf raises with a barbell, the feel is different and the loading options are endless! The calf curve allows the foot to move naturally and the contraction and stretch are so much better! - The products are extremely well made and the U Cups are super easy to fit on the post of the rack! I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Highly recommend!
