Fluted Wood Panels

Fantastic experience from start to finish

Used the regular 106” white panels for my double

I purchased the regular 106” fluted white oak panels for my double-sided fireplace, and I’m very happy with how they turned out. I chose the regular fluted panels because the wide fluted version showed more visible grain variation, which is expected with natural wood, but I wish the white oaks were engineered to have a more consistent look. My contractors said the panels were light, good quality, and easy to install. They were glued and nailed in place. On the taller side of the fireplace, we had to stack multiple panels, so there are two seams. We used wood filler, and the seams are not really noticeable unless you look very closely. The shorter side turned out even better because we did not need to stack multiple panels, so there are no seams. Overall, I’m really happy with the results. The panels add warmth to our home while giving the fireplace a clean, modern look. Recommended!
