Custom Printed Fabric

I love Trendy and everything I have ever received from my custom orders with Trendy Fabrics!

I thought I followed directions of video and another customer but the custom fabric I ordered is covered with the trendy fabric logo. Can't believe it wasn't noticed. Also missing one full piece. I was credited the missing piece but I have asked for replacement of 2 of the pieces at no cost so I can complete outfits for my granddaughter, but have not received a response. I'd like a response
