Delicious!

I’ve made this both with a 1:16 ratio with the hario v60 hot and iced. For some reason, despite trying to dile it in, I can never seem to find the tasting notes when I brew it hot. With a cold flash brew, the coffee really opens up!

I know every cup is worth waking up to. Very solid.

It was pretty good overall. The flavor was nice, but it didn’t really stand out compared to other coffees I’ve tried
