Smooth

After having 3-4 cups I still don’t get “chocolate” as a standout note as the description says. It is however very smooth and a bit deceptive as it was a selection for bold and smoky flavor preferences but it is clearly a medium roast caught right at the line of turning to a dark roast. It has no discernible acidity and accompanied roasted cashews and also a slice of kosher Honey cake really well. I have the coffee membership to try different roasts from different roasters, and this is one I would purchase a second time.

Great Coffee

I've always liked dark roasts, and this one delivered. Not too fruity or nutty, just dark and rich. Great for drip or espresso.

One of myth favorites

If you like a smooth coffee with a little bit of a nut and chocolate flavor, you will love this too! It's not dark roasted but has a very rich flavor.
