Solid
Quite like this roast. I generally make cortados or cappuccinos. This does well pairing with milk and I think the sweetness come out best in that setting. Rich without being dark.

Keep coming back for more!
This is one of my favorites when it comes to lattes and americanos. It has a forgiving taste, especially when dialing in the grinder, and has a pleasant sweet taste even when drinking it as a straight espresso. This is my "daily driver" that I keep coming back to for more. I definitely recommend it.

Nice Mild Flavor
This is an excellent coffee, very mild. I personally prefer a slightly more robust flavor, but for those who like their coffee on the milder side, this would be an excellent choice.
