Nice level of roast on some tasty beans! I brew it a little strong at 14:1 for pour-over and it's delicious.

Old Skool delivered
I use a high end drip coffee maker. This has been one of my favorites. It has a balanced full flavor of brown sugar and cocoa.

Classic but acidic
Straight away chocolate nuts then lemon rind. It is a very acidic coffee which is normal for washed processed but still good smooth sweetness. As espresso it is text book rich and smooth not too bitter and makes great milk drinks. Not my favorite but a good coffee i haven't been disappointed by perc yet
