Mild and tea-like, but lacking flavors that pop
I found this to brew an even-keeled and clean cup, but nothing that knocked my socks off. Is it the washed process? I am partial to fruitier coffees and had enjoyed a different Sight Seer Ethiopian roast, so I tried this one. This is certainly a subjective judgment, but the flavors are fleeting here and not very tangible. Bright but not complex.

Absolutely my favorite
This is my favorite coffee. I mean to say I have been drinking locally crated coffees from all over the country since the early 90's and I would pick this roast over every coffee I have ever had. Double 5 stars. I also love the name.

Always a treat
We're always excited when we receive a bag of brew from Sight Seer. We know it's going to be quality beans. The sun tea and floral notes are what jumps out for me. It's a great smelling coffee too if that's important to you.
