Excellent Customer Service

I messed up initial order but SnowPaws sorted out the problem for me without any fuss or drama. The Maelson soft kennel is very light but sturdy not to mention cosy - I know because I have had to show our dog how to get into it and snuggle down - not very bright or quick on the pick up - Penny the dog isn’t much better!!

Really impressed with the product, really strong but lightweight and easy to pack down, our dogs are happy! The service from Snowpaw Store was amazing, great communication and went out of their way to get our delivery as quickly as possible, would definitely use them again.
