Magnesium

When I don’t take my BGV I feel guilty as if I’m letting my body down I need to the magnesium to help me sleep better. Thank you’ll for creating all the vitamins I believe in taking my BVG

ive been using these for about a week so I cant give a fleshed out review. however I have been getting some good sleep. the real test will come when I go back to work! I work 3rd shift and my sleep schedule be off so hopefully having these in my system will help me sleep better after work.

I really like the Magnesium gummies and will definitely purchase them again.
