The shoe can not be worn. The zipper was broken upon arrival. I have contacted customer service several times with no response. We are stuck with an expensive children's shoe that has not been worn and can not be worn. $60.00 when all was said and done. This company is a scam, do not buy from them. If the shoe is defective like ours you will be stuck with something you can not use. Only reason I gave any positive response was because only those choices were given and if nothing was chosen then could not go to the next page and submit this comment.

The zipper on one of the shoes as faulty the moment I put it on my daughters foot. Not what I would expect when paying that much money for a pair of shoes.
