Panacheeza quickly became my favorite the first time I tried it. I was eating too much regular parmesan and thought I needed to see what this was all about. It quickly made its way on to the table each time we sat down to eat. Even my Sicilian husband uses it regularly sneaking in some parm occasionally. I of course put it on all pasta dishes. But I sub it in meatballs for cheese and anytime something calls for parm. I also love it on salad after a spritz of olive oil and do the same with popcorn. To me it’s been a game changer! All I can say is thank you for giving me a healthy alternate to my favorite cheese, I’m a forever fan!

The Best

I love this cheese. I’m not a big fan of most commercially available vegan cheeses since they’re typically made oil-based. I love that this is just a few ingredients and it’s so tasty. I have been through an embarrassing number of pounds this year.
