Forester Bar Rail Closer Tool

Missing the nut for locking the rear handle thread, lacks any instructions for use had to look up online (good videos on YouTube), works well when used correctly (but also very easy to over close rails). Bar should always be checked with a new chain, so a used chain may still have movement from worn drive lugs. Have heard a lot people breaking the bearings so unsure how they will last but they're a common size that are easily available and easy to replace.
