Solid but hard to set up

I wanted the remote to work for my Apple TV, Samsung frame, and also some lights and play stations on my Sonos speaker. Apple TV was easy, tv required manual configuration for IR despite there being templates, also tried Bluetooth for tv and it worked but would lose connection overnight. The Sonos matter buttons worked but required a lot of time in home assistant.

I took a chance and I'm very happy

I was a little hesitant to invest in SwitchBot devices. I tipped my toe in with Curtain Closer 3 and was very happy with the product. Then I invested in the Roller Blinds and was impressed with how well thought out the installation process was. If I have any other smart device needs SwitchBot will be at the top of my product choices.

Awesome remote

Very pleased with the remote. It replacing a Harmony remote. While it doesn’t match feature for feature it meets my needs.
