Sweet Potato Plant Review

I ordered the plants, I believe in the middle of January. The description said they would ship mid-June. On June first I received an email that the plants were shipped. That's great, however, I and my wife Betsy were in Indonesia for another couple of weeks. I sent an email to my neighbors who were taking care of our chickens in our absence. She did the best she could to keep the plants alive. When we did get home, we planted the 18 (of the 100) starter plants. The plants that survived are doing well. Just disappointed that we did not have the chance to share some of our plants with family and friends.

Novice Sweet Potato Grower

I must say I was a bit intimidated about growing sweet potatoes but I wanted to grow organic/heirloom varieties and The Farm On Central dudnt dissapoint. The variety was amazing and the detailed instructions on how to start your slips was perfect! Ive got my slips in several 20 gallon tubs and Im looking forward to havesting them later in the growing season.

I sent two separate emails over the last two weeks describing the 80% DEAD rate of the sweet potato slips that did not root, and I have not yet received any response to either email. I requested a refund and have not received any response. Only 20 living sweet potato slips out of 100 ordered, and zero communication. Unacceptable for both product quality and customer service.
