Orius Insidiosus

I received my package, I think the day after I ordered it. My ice pack was warm, which the directions said was how it was supposed to be. I opened the container a few hours after getting it onto the bush I was treating for thrips. I did not see any Orius in the tube or as I was rotating it onto the shrub. The next day, there were just as many thrips as before, but then the day after that, the thrip count went down quite a bit. Hopefully some were alive in the tube & took care of the thrips.
