I purchased the 32” AirBar with the universal mount for my CanAm Defender HD7. My initial order was lost by USPS. I contacted Mike and he immediately shipped a whole new order via UPS, which arrived promptly. I installed the unit only to find that the fan blades were out of balance, likely due to rough handling by the delivery service, and I was able to get in touch with Mike, once again, immediately. He was very understanding and once again shipped me an entire new unit. I received a shipping notification within 30 minutes of our phone call and I had the replacement unit the very next day, which has been running flawlessly since installing it! It’s hard to find a company that not only backs there promises, but is also readily available to reconcile any issue with their product!
