I find Midwest Musical Imports to be one of the top suppliers of oboe accessories. They exceed with quality cane, reasonable price, and very timely delivery. The only area of improvement is keeping enough stock. I sometimes end of ordering slightly different cane that what I actual want. For example, Gilbert -1 was desired but it was out of stock. I ended up ordering Gilbert +1 as an alternative. Gilbert -1 is the shape most professional oboist prefer so I hope Midwest can do something to improve its availability.
