Backvac® Pro

Nice look and color, seems durable, took it to Europe for two weeks, haven’t used the vacuum feature yet. It is very heavy empty for a backpack, not feasible to take out for the day with basic supplies - water bottles, baseball cap, sweatshirt, etc… If it is marketed solely as an alternative travel suitcase, then it is great, but I haven’t been able to rationalize a day-to-day functionality usage.

The vacuum part doesn’t work nearly as good as it does in the ads, I mean it’s alright but probably not worth the price. Also took 16 days to show up, I got it to try on a trip I was going on and it arrived to my house while I was on the trip

Terrible customer service. Ordered three weeks ago and still hasn’t shipped.
