Double The Verona

I've ordered from "urbanstems" before. I can't understand what happened this time. They were impossible to deal with. I think mostly men order flowers. No event is more or less important. This happened to be mine and my wife's first wedding anniversary. I picked the delivery date on their site, and on the day they couldn't tell me a thing about where my order was, when it might get there and they followed that with "if you want a refund, due to the perishable nature of our products we do not refund." And they did not include the vase I ordered. so let's get this right, cannot confirm delivery date after I chose the date, if I wanted a refund because the flowers were not delivered on the appropriate date, no refund. and when the flowers did arrive, they were missing the vase. I'd give them negative stars if I could. I will never order here again. it's sad. They had beautiful flowers.

They showed up and looked perfect. Plenty of unopened buds. Will definitely only be ordering from them

The flowers started to look wilted by the second day. For the amount they cost they should have been fresher and looked better longer. Not started to wilt two days in. I’m disappointed in the quality compared to other places I have ordered from and would not order from here again.
