We bought 2 an L and XL and love them both the cold last the proper time 10 to 15 minutes which is the perfect time for applying the cold on your knee and you can move around instead of just waiting sitting with a bag of ice on your knee.

These don’t stay cold for more than 5 maybe 8 minute’s and the small is too big for an ankle. Not tight enough to get the benefit or any compression at all.
