Love the hat, love customer service just as much. Recieved a defect and felt like i was out of luck on snagging another since my size was originally out of stock, customer service went out of their way to personally call me to make my order right, and I won't forget their commitment to make me happy, was always going to be a grassroots customer anyway, but customer service told me they don't just want customers, they want happy customers. Really pleasantly surprised. Never change grassroots, you guys are the best.
