Explorer II "On the Fly" Extension Link

To me, bracelets without on-the-fly micro-adjustments are primitive, but like everyone else I have some watches that did not provide them. Omega and Grand Seiko being the most chronic violators. After months of waiting for an Explorer II link, I was not disappointed. SteelReef notified me that they had inventory and they shipped fast. The quality is great, the instructions are clear, and the difference it makes is so big that Rolex should be embarrassed that they did not make this link themselves. (What would they have charged? More than $135!) This is my third SteelReef extension link and I have signed up for two more. Just a great product. Installation tip: the only way you can install this link backwards is to add the link with the screw going the opposite way of all other screws on your bracelet. SteelReef isn't dumb and they didn't do this. Assume a smart design and the installation takes five minutes.
