Very Pretty Blue

"Neon" blue nail polish is never going to be as bright as warmer colors, but this is a beautiful blue and it looks pretty neon at sunset (when all neon looks best). I hope Cirque does a genuinely light blue neon next year. Great formula.

Doomscroll color mix up

I believe this color reminds me of blue morning glories. Its still pretty, but not periwinkle. Xould be a one coater, but I did for good measure.

Not the right color

Unfortunately, the polish is just plain blue. No periwinkle.
