But as usual, Shop has bad delivery notices! They can be off by hours … or days … and sometimes weeks! Not a fan of Shop. They need lessons from Amazon, UPS and FedEx. And now a day later they sent a notice that they’re shipping what was delivered yesterday!

I was really hoping for more from this product. It has an odd smell to it that stays on my clothing. though I use hot water, I find it doesn't completely break down in the wash. As with other products I have tried from this company, shipping is positively horrid. They will package and label within a couple days. but then it sits waiting with "label created" for actual pick up for weeks. The money spent and results offered are not worth it for me.

I still have not received mine..must be close to a month total now. Opened an inquiry with their support but item still is not moving. Can't recommend ordering from this company from my experience. Good luck.
