Very nice camera either clear picture day and night! Easy set up with no subscription needed!

Camera fell off the window. Picture is clear but instructions are not clear for play back. It is telling me that i need to subscribe for cloud storage to see any playback. I am not very tech savy and i am stuck.

Dislike I need to return them they would not connect to my server how can I get a refund.
