The high quality American craftsmanship shines on these products. Former chef myself so with an understanding of quality/performance/longevity Ive been gifting them to my son. Got the standard cast iron pan for Cmas. Got him the carbon steel fish pan for Fathers Day. I have no doubt these will be in this family for decades to come. Thank you. Even the seasoning for the cast was top notch stuff
