Lackluster customer service

I would have given plug in a four maybe even a five however the reason it gets two stars is because of how I actually acquired it. You see last year I began a journey of trying to acquire neutron 5's phase. For some reason, and I could have misunderstood, I thought it was something that was sold a la carte. What I'm being told is that it was never sold a la carte and so what I purchased for $45 back then I don't know I guess it was the neutron elements which I got a serial code for that never worked when I try to activate the product. Fast forward to 2026 approximately a month and a half ago I was able to finally resolve the situation with isotope customer service who told me that the neutron 5's phase module was never so alucard funny how you would think that since I had started a ticket way back in September of 2025 someone would have easily seen that at pointed out that there's no way for phase to be sold a heart. No one ever said anything and it took almost a year in order for us to figure this out. So I paid $45 for what I don't know my accounts were shabbily put together during the native Instruments isotope integration and so the neutron 5 elements disappeared altogether from my profile and so my last resort was to purchase neutron 5 with a $50 gift certificate from isotope after a year of fighting to try to get what I believe that I have purchased and I was told nope I can't get anything else with this 50 dollar gift certificate when I asked if they could throw in the fxeq. So no matter what it's always going to leave a sour and bitter taste in my mouth that this is how I was handled. After a clear mistake on isotopes part which they could have cleared up back in September and said oh no you're asking for something that doesn't exist you can't get the neutron 5 face element by itself and I wouldn't have had to wait for almost a whole year to get this straightened out for my business and then told no you can't do that. So there's my reading a two star and I told them that hey if I ever get a chance I could forget all about what I went through if someone at least tried to make it right for me nobody ever did they just told me to purchase spend more money at a company that couldn't get it right with over half a year of prep time. Just a sad sad sad State of affairs.
