Does what it says it does

Non-stick with everything I have tried. Eggs, fish, and the usual meat and veggies. Very solid and well made. Absolutely no issues of any kind.

The main reason I purchased this frying pan is because it is nontoxic. I bought it for my husband and he says besides being a great frying pan, with the lid on it heats up evenly like an oven. He uses it at least once per day. But as they warn, food can stick if you use too high of a temperature. His only complaint is I didn't buy a bigger size.

We love this pan. We already had the 26 cm one and decided to get the smaller one also
