Great product... deceptive shipping

I ordered two pairs of shorts for my daughter for running camp. I placed the order on 8/12 after reviewing the website shipping guidelines which said "Orders placed after 12 PM are usually shipped the next business day" my order was placed after noon, so I expected them to ship on the 13th. I paid $25 for expedited 2 day shipping, expecting to receive them by the 17th at the latest... They didn't ship until the 24th. I received them on the 26th. I find that to be unacceptable given the guidelines on the website. If I had known it was going to be 11 days before they shipped I wouldn't have paid for expedited shipping. Needless to say they were not here in time for camp.
