Mini Belt Buckle Initial Bracelet

Doesn’t look as advertised at all. They never responded via email, instagram or FB. The belt buckle is way bigger, the “gold” color is cheap and not the same as shown, the clasp part is completely different, and the letter R is barely visible. It also came in a small plastic baggie and not a cute box as they show on their social media. I want to return and get a refund and they’re non responsive.

Disappointed in my recent order, I ordered an initial E, but instead, I received an initial B. Additionally, the quality of the item I received is significantly different from what was portrayed in the Instagram video advertisement. I was expecting a higher standard of quality based on the video. I cannot recommend this item.

Cheap looking and heavy. When I requested to return it they offered me 50% off to keep it. I again asked to return it for a full refund and they ghosted me and will not respond.
