bought 5 samples, 4 of which were 2ml and one 5ml only a couple hours after i got email for tracking from them saying they realised they sent all 2ml and forgot 5ml. they instantly sent out the 5ml and let me keep the extra 2. not only did they recognize their mistake before i even recived my parcel but fixed it instantly. amazing brand and will continue to buy samples!
