Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Enjoyed our tasting at Pasolivo. The hostess was knowledgeable and very nice. We ended up having our items shipped and they arrived in a timely manner. It was a great place to pick up gifts for friends.

Smooth deep flavor, good texture. Sweet and savory. Other than bread dipping with olive oil (which is delicious), try sprinkling over pasta dishes, make a vinaigrette.

So far the best we have had. We love your products.
