Let’s start with the area where service could be improved: delivery time was too long. Ordered end of April and received the shoes end of May, after having to enquire about it. To this day, one pair is still not out for delivery.
The product: the shoes fit well and look good on me. Better than a rival brand with the bubbly soles that I have tried in the past. That’s a plus. I have tried them on for a couple of minutes but not for a full day yet so still hard to comment on ergonomics and durability but the short experience of wearing them feels really good. They also look stylish and professional, unlike most pro sneakers.
A suggestion about design: I am in banking and professional services, and even the light touch of cream color on the sole could be a little bit too eccentric. I also a would love the founders to explore co-creation and co-branding opportunities with established dress shoe brands such as JM Weston, Church’s and the likes, where their sole technology could enhance the user experience. I believe the Deming shoes’ appeal to busy executives can be reinforced.
