The ACT Series

Most of my adult life has been spent in and around this thought movement. Yet the “why” and “how” were never fully explained to me. It always seemed I just had to trust the process. As a result I carried doubts. A popular teacher who hosts seven-day retreats came the closest to explaining the mechanics—and my openness to that work is probably what led me to these books. What stands out about The Frequency Effect and Frequency Architect is that they are not built around one personality. Too many of us (myself included) end up following the teacher instead of the teachings. These books are full of refined, practical truths that can land with anyone, regardless of path. They are written in a clear, logical way. I read both cover to cover over a weekend, starting with The Frequency Effect. Now I can settle into the short sections and savor them. I expect they will stay within reach—books I can pick up, read a chapter or two, and find something more precise than the last time. I’ve ordered extra copies for a few people I think will resonate. Hopefully that opens the door to honest conversations.
