Great product but have to say good-bye

I have used New Wash and many other of your products for several years but recently cancelled my subscription. You are an American company and I am Canadian. I will find a similar product in Canada instead. I'm sure you won't notice the loss of my business but I cannot support your government's bullying of our country any longer. I'm sorry to end this relationship.

My hair has never looked better

New Wash has totally changed my hair! For the first time ever, I don't even need to style my hair. It looks lush, healthy, I get compliments all the time! I was skeptical at first, but I wasn't rinsing properly. Make sure you rinse well (I use a comb under the shower).

Love the product— hate the packaging

I love your product. But I don’t like the containers. There’s no way to tell when the container is low on product. So I’m in the shower and don’t have enough shampoo. My hands are slippery so I can’t open it and dig enough out to finish. When I do get it open, the container is so narrow I can’t get my hand in the bottom. So I end up using Tupperware to store it.
